    I agree with the ripping, but do you think that Topps might do anything if you reported the rip card coming out of the pack bent? It is a damaged card...

    Hey all, I went with everyone's advice and ripped it! I pulled a Torii Hunter mini #388, not the best pull in the world but it was fun just to rip it open. Thanks all for the advice and responses!!!
