    OT: ebay fees

I currently have $38 bucks in my pay pal account. My ebay fees are around $30. If I bought a card for $20 that would leave me $18.

    My question is:
Would ebay take the remaining $12 from my bank account or would I be screwed?

I think they draw the charges as follows:

    1. Draw upon paypal funds.
    2. Draw upon bank account on file.
    3. Draw upon credit card account on file.

Me too, but there is a card I want. Want to know what happen if pay pal funds can't cover fees. The guy said he would hold the card for me, but I'm not a patient person. lol!

paypal will take it from wherever you have your second account info is.
    either credit card or bank.

sell a "Buy it Now" card for what you need!
maybe someone will buy it right away?

Yeah, they take it from your second account info.
Once I forgot to have my money my paypal for my fees...
They tried to take it out of my credit card. It was decline because I had just made a big purchase...so they took it out of my bank account (which I had no money in) so not only did I get a $40 NSF fee, but I still owed for my ebay fees! Lol.

Just change the way your ebay fees get paid. I used to have them on automatic payment untill It came out once when i didnt have enought to cover them. You can switch it to one time payment instead. Go into your account settings it takes about 30 seconds.

if you don't have $30 on your PP acount, just $18, paypal will take the $12 from your bank account. I usually make this, and it takes down the same money, nothing charge.

Just buy like $25 a Ebay gift card and add it on your Paypal acct to cover the card you want! Then you'll still have money to pay the ebay fees!
