Depends on Cards and luck.
Part of Sellers offer you free shipping if you buy over 50 $ or 100$ total Purchase.
But unfortunatley, there are few cards to buy like those.
Furthermore, after collapsing old beckett message board, item was not updated like the past time.
In short, I bought around 20 times from Beckett Shop.
But the reason why I used Beckett Shop, not because there are nice cards, but because I have collected minor players.
SO if you are not collectors like George McCloud or Harold Miner, I would not recommend to used Beckett Shop.
(price is not cheap than our thoughts)
As my experience. except 1 case all was not bad or nice.
I bought 1994-95 Topps Spectralight Robert Horry around 2 years ago.
But Seller sent me base cards..=(
I let that about Becektt Shop but they ignored.
Except that, most of experience was not bad.
(But I tell you again. Price is not cheap than our thoughts..
and no hidden treasure any more.)

The new Beckett site confuses me, and IMO their singles are overpriced... well at least most of them

I just started shopping on Beckett Marketplace recently. First order, a seller sent me the wrong card. Second order, I was charged $2.42 for shipping of one card in a plain white envelope.
So I'm a bit sour on it. I don't like the fact that you cannot leave feedback for sellers (as far as I know).

There are some pros and some cons. On the good side, you can find a lot of stuff there that you can't find on eBay and trading sites, which is especially good if you're trying to patch holes in a set. You can also find some really obscure cards sometimes. On the bad side, there's no way to leave feedback for the stores, so you don't know which ones are reliable and which ones aren't. It frequently happens that sellers who don't know or don't care what they have will list a card incorrectly, and you buy it thinking it's something it really isn't. You can usually avoid this by buying from the more expensive sellers. If you're trying to get something very specific and obscure, that's the best route. Burbank Sportscards is a good example. Their prices are very high, but they have great service and great hobby knowledge.
