Where should the Panini name/logo go?
If Panini replaced all of the Donruss/Playoff names on the product where should the Panini name/logo go? For example should it be prominent on the front and back? Just the back? Only on the packaging?

Front and back, boxes, packs, everywhere the Donruss logo once was. I never had an issue with logo placement on any products.

Voted!
If Panini was to remove Donruss/Playoff from the merchandising they should keep the sets just named Elite or Contenders. Keep it as much to what it was as possible. The more consistent to what it was for so long shouldn't affect anything.

They shouldn't put their name on the front of the card, everywhere else is just fine.

I voted saying they shouldn't replace the entire name and just keep the basic name brand such as Elite and Contenders. Most people know the sets by their names. I think that if they were to put Panini Elite and Panini Contenders, collecters that didn't know of the change would shy away from buying them because of the new company.

Leave the basic brand...people will recognize "Contenders" and "Elite" as being the former Donruss cards.

I still think some kind of transition over a few years would help the sales. Let the name make is place.
I remember seing a lot of comotion when Basketball liscence to Panini was annouce for instence. Some north american may not see it as a good thing to be too drastic. Again a smooth transition is in order.
Donruss is more know in the industry then Panini in North America. I really think a transition is in order. When you go in a card shop I don't see the sticker they have been producing. So to some the name may be totally new.
