UD SP Authentic Hockey Has Autograph Appeal

    Submitted by Russ_Cohen on Tue, 04/28/2009 - 02:35

Collectors can expect to get at least three autographs in every box, one of them being a “Future Watch” rookie auto so it’s a set that’s perfect for autograph fans.

My first FW rookie was of Wild #1 pick Colton Gillies. The card is numbered to 999 and it’s hand signed. This power forward is the nephew of Hall of Famer Clark Gillies and he has a chance to be a terrific player. He’s 6-4, over 200 pounds, and he got 45 games in with Minnesota this year. The sig is sharp making this card a terrific pull for sure.

Somehow I beat the odds and got a second FW rookie (again numbered to 999) of Pens offensive defenseman Alex Goligoski. The sig is sharp on this one and both cards are hard signed. This kid has great wheels, good defensive instincts, and he can be the power play quarterback of the future. When both Ryan Whitney and Sergei Gonchar were out he filled in admirably. He had six goals and 20 points in 45 games.

decent article. He clearly is very happy with the product. However..

He seems to think its possible to pull Gillies, Mason, Versteeg, and Bobby Ryan out of the same set...lol
