Gibson and Hickson do signings for free in the Cleveland area from time to time for Alltell, but nothing TTM. I've tried Delonte, Hickson, and Mo and never received anything back c/o team.

NBA = No Body Autographs :( There are only a few NBA guys that will sign TTM. Check the basketball success forums for names. You may also find a few formers Cavs addresses in that section that do sign!

I dont really follow basketball but was bored and cheked out this thread. I have some sixers cards around and may want to get them signed TTM. But all I ever hear is that basketball players are the WORST!!!
Anyone want to share why this is? Your thoughts on why they stink? I mean their sport has to be 3rd behind the NFL and MLB, and I see my nephews watching this ultimate fighting all the time. I rank NBA with the lack of stars like the 80's and 90's down with the NHL. I cant even pronounce hockey guys names and never got into that either.
Thanks for your help

I think it's becasue they have the hardest job of all of the other sports. NBA athletes are the most athletic, and must remain in perfect shape. Also, they have a lot more traveling and less resting time then most other sports. That's just a teenager's opinion but that's all I have.

either that or they are not for the fans. They are just interested in getting a shoe deal and then flip off fans!

It is the popularity and spotlight. Realize how much smaller an NBA team is when looking at a baseball team or a football team! Baseball teams have 40 players on them in the fall plus all the minor leagues guys. Football has something like 56 players? Basketball teams have 12? They only start 5 in basketball. It is not hard to see how they would just get huge amounts of mail. I am sure that any NBA star has more mail than anyone of us would like to try to field! I can see why so few sign. There are some nice retired players out there. They will get a lesser amount of mail after retirement and guys seem to sign better then.
