he wont get jail time, the prosecution is asking for a suspended 2 years which means it goes on record but he doesnt go inside...His attorney argued for a fine so it should be somewhere in between the two at the sentencing on the 18th June.

I honestly can't envision them putting Guy Lafleur in jail. That whole some people are more equal than others under the law thing comes into play - regular guy in Quebec, yes to the slammer for him; but Guy Lafleur isn't a regular guy in Quebec.

Nah they wont Richard...even the Crown isnt requesting jail so it would be suprising for the court to go for that sentence
