Unidentified Auto baseball

This is signed in black ball point on a ROMLB National League Baseball (William D. White - President from 1989-94). I took 2 scans and enhanced the color on one to make it stand out a bit better.

I cant quite make it out. I have made some interpretations on the letters in the signature but would welcome any help in identifying this autographed baseball. It was recovered from an estate sale in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Any ideas and suggestions are welcome. Thanks- Kevin

I don't think this is a match. The era of the ball is 1989 - 94.

I also question if it is a "R" but actually a "T" intended for the first letter. Also take a look at the last portion of the sig. It appears to say " .jr "

the first word looks like ken and the alst scribble looks like jr.

Yeah, it's definitely a Jr. I cannot make out anything else though.

Thanks for the input. I have been going through MLB records from that era (89-94) to see if I get anything with the "jr."

I know it's not Ken Griffey Jr. The way he signs is more fluid. There are several examples of his sig online and this is no where near. Thanks again for the input.

Just taking a look at it the first name that pops to mind from the letters I see would be Richie Allen who did play for the Phillies. Might be a possibility although I have never seen his sig though.

Roberto Clemente Jr.

Probably signed in '93 when he established a foundation in his fathers name in Pittsburgh.
