    Thoughts on Roush?

Anyone else confused as to why Roush is struggling so much this year or is it just me-Carl, Ragan, and Kenseth couldnt stay out of their own ways tonight-and it was the same at Bristol and for most of them at Martinsville-is it just short tracks or what-i know im kinda confused at the whole thing-after being so dominant last year...

    what does everyone else think?

Well, Roush wasn't really "dominant" last year, if you really break it down.

Carl was the only successful one out of the group. Biffle got hot at the beginning of the Chase, and that's the only reason he finished as high as he did. Outside of Carl, Roush only won two races.

Plus, Carl winning nine races was one of those freak things. There's always one driver (almost) every year that wins a bunch of races, and then going into the following season he's the "sexy pick" to win it all, yet that driver never comes close to expectations.

Example: '06 Biffle was the "sexy pick" - didn't make the chase. '07 Kahne was it, didn't make the chase (I believe). '08 Gordon was it, didn't even win a race. '09 is Carl's year.

well Matt certainly started great, then had some issues aka bad breaks, Carl has had his chances at the end of the races, how he gets there is incredible with all that mishaps to still be there at the end is a credit. But all and all they just are not having the best of luck, and I think Ragan is doing great, same with Matt just not lately.

I think your main concern is Carl. He just isn't getting bad luck in both series, but he'll come on here shortly. I don't think he'll have nine wins but should get around 4 and be in the chase at the end......I mean come on he's no Kyle Busch

....just kidding I like them both just couldn't resist.
