i agree, i dont think the other card is a fake, but the seller CLEARLY says his card is 9/25 in the description, i think they either mis-stamped it or it was returned re-stamped and the other was put back into circulation by mistake, either way it is a UD boo boo!! Which would mean there is 26 cards out there not 25. My guess like i said before is that they dont want the bad publicity.

UPDATE.............So after a few weeks went by I emailed Barry and asked if there was any update on this card and here was the responce:
Hello Chris, I could not confirm and unfortunately customer service does not authenticate cards so I can not give you a difinitive answer. Your best bet at this point is to contact our fraud department with the scans you have provided and they should be able to assist. Please feel free to send an email to [email protected] I hope this information helps you with your inquiry and I hope you have a great day.Thank You,
I wrote back VERY upset because HE told me that HE was going to send both pics to their fraud dept and that they were going to get back to him on it, and now he tells me almost 3 weeks later that I should contact their fraud dept!!!!! I was beside myself!!! I wrote back almost a paragraph, and am waiting to hear back, needless to say their CS is pretty poor on dealing with this situation!!!

Really why do you care so much? Your card is definitely legit, the other card "appears" to be legit, there must be some sort of mix-up which would explain the situation. I understand being totally confused by seeing the same card up for auction, but don't let it get you so upset... enjoy the card.
Really nice card, by the way.

I care for the same reason anyone should care, if a company says there is 25 of something then there should be 25 of something, if not it really makes you question credibility of that company. And who knows may be they made 30 or 40 of them, which is alot more than 25. I just think a comapny as big as UD should be held accountable if they are making more than the stated print run. If you tell me there is 25 and then there is actually 26 or 30 or whatever than thats fraud. Sorry to vent, but it's just not right IMO. It is a nice card and i like it, but it just bothers me that there is 2 of them:)

I agree. This incident combined with the redemption screw-ups, damaged cards, and no follow-up or accountability from customer service.... there is a trend that stretches from production to customer service. Their corporate culture seems to be short term profit matters, and their customer base is unlimited.
