The idea of raffles is to give members a chance to win a high end card at a fraction of the price while taking off 2-3 times the value of CC off the market.
I have been running a lot of auctions, sales and raffles lately to take Card Cash off the market, so I hope it is worth more than 100 CC to $1. SCF is more fiscally responsible than the US government! :)

Well Mike, I was just going by the SCF Rules in which Card Cash is stated that 100 CC is "worth" $1..... At this pace it should be worth more then it though!
