Is there anything you can do about recipricating feedback?


i have recently left 2 feedbacks (1 neutral and 1 neg) these were for cards I purchased.. Paid via pp

so payment was recieved in timely manner..

How can they go and leave me the same feedback I left them as i did not recieve cards

took 30 days for me to get anything.. except excuses

I have filed a complaing but how long does it take to get it answered?

if you have disputed the trade and it is found that you held up your end of the bargain then it is a retaliatory feedback and should be removed

finally got a refund after a month. aside from that i was told it was sent 3 times..
