Upper Deck Question
I pulled a Jonas Hiller Auto Patch from 07-08 Hot Prospects a few days ago(not scanned in my bucket)..It was really damaged...3 chips on the edges and 2 corners were dinged...God knows how that happened...I was dissapointed because it was a 4clr patch and Hiller is doing amazing...So I contacted UD and told them what happened.
They replied with this:
Hello,
Please give up your address, will be sending out some product to assist you, you should recieve it in a few weeks. thank you

What does this mean? A few packs? Or a card in equal value?
And UD " few weeks" probably means months - LOL

they will send you some complementary packs for the damage. good luck. and btw should actually only be a few weeks since the products they are sending are ready by now. all they need to do is package and send

As Cns said you will get some sweet UD MVP packs to break. Hopefully, they send you more but with UD I never hold my breathe. SOrry to hear about a sweet pull.

Generally speaking the best way to get QA issues dealt with is over the phone. I would advise calling them, giving them the details, and asking for a replacement for the card. They'll be able to tell you over the phone whether they've got replacement stock available - they'll also ask you to send in the card and will give you a case number to reference with your submission.
