hey bigga any chance you could tell me what filter that is to give that look to the players?

The dragan effect and blur.

Its not a filter.You would probably have to google for a tutorial for the dragan effect.

do you also adjust contrast? because when i do the dragan effect it always ends with a really dark pic.

When I use the dragan effect I tweek things until I get what I like.
