NHL Draft is something all should attend once.

Not sure if you ever been to a NHL draft but if you live close enough it something worth the drive. Was planning on going this year but things did not work out like I had hoped. If your a fan and you think it cool to collect autographs on cards why not see the players up close and personal when they are truly FAN FRIENDLY. I cannot stress this enough as their autograph signings, in person auto chances, card show, and so so so so much more. LOL

    A noob back then:

If you ever have the opportunity it worth it. Makes for a great roadtrip even if you have to draf the wife screaming and kicking. Too many stories on that front but hope to hit some more in the future.

    Don,

I've been to two drafts and concur 100%. At the draft in Nashville, I met BOBBY ORR. I was tipsy, as were my friends, but it was a terrific moment.

Then here in Columbus (which is the draft I see you made it to), and at that point got to play host. I was president of our booster club at the time, and we had an NHL internet radio show in, got a ton of people to join the club, and had an awesome time. Met a ton of the prospects, and really enjoyed myself.

I was in Nashville with this guy as he drove down from New York. We landed tons of auto's.

In Raliegh I landed these graphs:

Columbus was the best as we knew what was going on. My friend was set up with his podcast across from the Beckett Booth there.

It a great time as you said.

Well are you going to the awards. As it should be a great time for auto hunting as well. I bet they might even have a cardshow to boot.
