This year for my Frontier League results, I decided to make a thread which will cover any Frontier League games that I am able to get to in 2009.

I will get right to it as my Frontier League graphing started a bit early this year thanks to an event I found out on the Beach Bums website 2 days before it started. After a long day at work I had on Monday, I was able to get to Wilderness Crossing in Traverse City as the Beach Bums had a event where you can Bowl with the Beach Bums players. I did see most of the team at this event and here are the results I got from them at this event tonight:

Another bonus to add was that I did win a Beach Bums t-shirt in a drawing the Beach Bums had where they gave some prizes away.

Finally went out to the Wuerfel last night for the home opener of the Traverse City Beach Bums. This home opener weather wise was not so great again and it is the 2nd straight home opener of cold weather. This time around at least the rain did stop when the gates opened.

Last night turned out to be record high of autographs I ever obtained in a Frontier League game ever and it did top my record high I got from a game here 2 years ago. Here are the results total which INCLUDES the help I had last night!!!:

Total autographs from this game: 142 a record high for me!!! Thanks to all the members that sent 50/50s for me to try to get done.

Alright that is all I got to share from last night. Next up for me will be Evansville pregame only this Saturday as I am expected to be busy at work the other 2 days they are in town. After I graph Evansville pregame, I am going to a Detroit Shock event up at a local high school which has 2 coaches I need for my Pistons special project I am working on. I got a long day of graphs on Saturday after I get out of work.

I was able to get to the park pregame back on Saturday to graph the Evansville Otters. Due to my work schedule this past week, this was the only day I could get around to do this team. I was only able to do pregame as there was a basketball event going on that same day I wanted to get to. I think I did real well with my only chance I had to see Evansville this season. Here are the results:

Sean Thompson 50/50 cards!!! (Sean: Hi how are you doing. I will tell you off the bat I am not that guy that will avoid you. Whatever cards you got of me kid, consider them signed!!!) (He then proceeded to sign my cards, had a great conversation with him and talked about whatever with me while he signed away!!!) He does admit that he does his mail but also mentioned he has a big bag of letters he still has to get through. Heads up to anyone needing him ttm, he does his mail but it will probably take awhile before he gets to your ttm request.)

That is all I got from Evansville this time around. Didn't bother with the Beach Bums as I wanted to get to the basketball event. Surprisingly, I was done with this team with over an hour left before the 1st pitch.

Sean Thompson is the nicest Frontier League player I have met that has came through Traverse City. I did not have to call him over at all, he came right over without me even asking. I honestly wish more players would be like Thompson.

That is all I have to share here for now. IDK what team I will do next in this league but I do plan to get the 50/50s sorted out this week when I am off from work. Thanks alot for looking at this thread!!!

Decided to head out to the park last night to finish up the rest of my Beach Bums stuff for this year and to take care of the few items that I had for Rockford. Since I will be out of town tommorow, I wanted to get this stuff out of the way and luckily I had an early work shift yesterday to where I was able to fit this game right in. Here are the results:

As for 50/50s I have going here, I see that I completed a couple of them. Once I get it all sorted out here this week, I will try to have them out in the mail by next week at the earliest.

I might get to 1-2 more Beach Bums games here this year. Been busy working this summer. I will be switching schools this coming school year and this new school I will be at will be outside the state of Michigan and it starts earlier. We will see.
