    No, I would say that is the "book" value.

    I know there's been a thousand posts/threads on this board concerning this topic, but this is a perfect example of why book value is an unrealistic metric in this day and age.

    I realize that is the book value of the item, and if you're looking at receiving bv in trade (or close to it), no I would not be interested in trading at this time. Again, I apologize for the mini-rant. Good luck to you.
