Wings in four. I have nothing against the Hawks, but my Dad smack talked my brothers Canucks so bad I have to wish for the kind of humiliating defeat that would make a player rethink his career choice. I have a shiny new loonie riding on it just to teach him a lesson in being a gracefull winner lol

Wings should have no problem beating the hawks. They have more talent, skill, depth, experience, and better goal tending. The hawks are not better than detroit in any category except an extra couple days of rest. Chicago fans...I must ask, what is the plan for beating detroit???

Please let me ask you this how they have better goaltending? I want you to share with me what makes Osgood better than Nikolai (Bulin Wall)? Please give facts if you care to respond. I love the wings and I agree with that overall they have more talent, depth, and experience, but better goaltending I totally disagree. So want to hear your viewpoint with a rebuttal instead of just that your a Wings Fan.

I hope you win that bet and teach your dad to be a graceful winner. As that will mean you need to be graceful when you win as well. As the way you react will truly show if you mean this. Of course how will we know.

I just try to look at things in fairly. I love the Wings but I don't let that cloud my Judgement. As the Ducks scared me as I knew they were not something to be taken for lightly based on past games between the two teams. Also, Hiller was a unkown as no one truly knew about him except what they seen up close in round one.

I always been a fan of BULIN. If we flipped him with Ozzie I think there records could easily be switched with him closing in on 400 instead of 300 wins. There stats are similar but Ozzie has had the benefit of 10 years with a solid Detroit club in most of those years.

Im not saying Osgood is a better goalie than Khabibulin, but certainly is not worse. I just think Osgood is playing better hockey right now than bulin.
