has anyone heard or know what the blacks this year are short printed to ?

I have heard 25-35...there are FOR SURE more of them than before though.

There is a large difference between retail and update. Retail they were still quite rare. Update they were much more common.

It is hard to say without them being numbered while it appears there are much more then previous years, I also appears UD cut back on amount of cases made in S2 and that alo0ne would make then pop up more often, anyones best guest would be under 40 but doesnt appear too many have shown up ant the same time, to get a good idea from. I myself have about 5 different ones, and didnt really bust alot of product actually 0 sealed boxes just did packs but anyones guess right now

Yup I agree. I think it depends if you're talking the normal Victory release or the Victory Update from UD2. The normal release was still rare, but much more common in the update.
