I put value on the card not the holder If the card is in great condition than I believe it should be fine.

The reason that some put extra value on the cards that are in the ITG holders is because there's no potential that they've been tampered with, altered, or handled by grubby little hands. We've all seen numerous faked Cup patches so what's to stop people from faking other rare cards.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Are you SURE they'll do this?
When Superlative was released, the question of broken seals came up quite a bit. Unless he changed his mind Mr. Price was very clear about NOT replacing broken labels. Basically, once you remove the card from the top loader and break the label, ITG will wash their hands of the product.
This was their method to ensure that all patches were genuine. After the card is produced, place it in a tamper proof sticker. That means the patch is genuine. Remove the sticker and who knows.
How would ITG have any way of verifying the patch if its sent back to them anyways?
In any case, to respond to the first poster's question, that patch is great looking so it shouldn't affect the value. The only question is authenticity. If it turns out that someone out there has been messing with Esposito Patches from Superlative, then any Esposito patch removed from the Superlative sticker top loaders will take a dive in value.

Personally, I would want the Suprlative label intact. (I'm finicky)
Would you buy an Ultimate Memorabilia card that was removed from the "slab". (I've only ever seen one. It was on ebay but the seller did have the gold label, lol)
If it is for your own personal collection it shouldn't matter but I don't know how it would do if it went up for sale/auction.
By the way...it is a very nice card!

Yeah if I had a Messier card like that I couldnt care less if the sticker broke because it would never see a trade list or auction block anyway.
