Another Horrible Experience with Upper Deck

After opening my only box of cards from Upper Deck this year, I pulled a dual auto redemption. After waiting 45 days, I was promised a replacement card in 2 to 3 weeks with a Beckett value of $40 to $50. I waited the 3 weeks and spoke to Nick Leslie again (supervisor who made the promise), who told me that my replacement card is in the process of shipping and should be received within another 2 weeks. So 2 to 3 weeks became 4 to 6 weeks, but it was no big deal to him. I got a card from Upper Deck today and it was a $20 Ben Gordon auto. I did email Nick to find out how the value of my replacement card dropped by at least 50%.

What was wrong with the dual auto redemption exactly? Seems a bit fast to ask for a replacement card. Either way, sorry to hear that. Nick's one of the best, if not the best customer service person Ive dealt with at any of the card companies. Im sure hes just been swamped, try messaging him again. Hopefully you can get it sorted out!

I was informed by Upper Deck that you can ask for a replacement of your redemption after 45 days on any card. I have a problem beleiving anybody wants to wait 16 weeks to a year to receive their card. As far as Nick goes, I am sure he is very busy, but your word is all you have in business and he has not been very honest with me so far. This is why I find it very difficult to buy Upper Deck products. I feel their customer service is horrible.
