ARod Rare Silver Sig. Collectors Choice Error Rookie

I was just looking through my old baseball cards for the first time in years, and found an old 94 collectors choice Silver Signature Rookie #647. I didn't think much of it till I looked up the price to find that this is an error card because the lettering is printed in white rather than silver. It is in great condition because I put it in a sleeve the day I got it 15 years ago.

Upon researching some sites have said this card could be very valuable, and that a 9.5 graded card sold for like 4k. Is this true?? If so how do I get my card graded. I would love to sell it because I could use the cash. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!!!!

A sleeve won't do much after 15 years, so I personally wouldn't get it graded because I bet it wouldn't get the 9.5 you are looking for... Just sell it ungraded for a little less...
