Waiting for a package from Cwazzy. I shipped his package out nearly 2 weeks ago via certified mail, and haven't yet received back the green receipt card that he should've signed. We'll see how this plays out.

I always send out my packages within the first 2 days of the month. If it takes more than 2 weeks to get mine in return, I give out neutral trade ratings. It seems fair. If I'm going to get your package ready and shipped within the first few days, I expect the same.

This is only my 2nd month and both times have been a mess. The first time the guy took 3 weeks to send so I gave him a neutral trade rating, only to have him send me cocky messages in retaliation. This month, one guy won't confirm the trade and I'm still waiting on the other guy to ship, even though I sent right away. Looks like another neutral rating, and probably more dirty messages in retaliation.

It's too bad a handful of these people have to ruin it for the rest of us who are in this group for a reason: to collect our favorite team! I'm so turned off by this group lately it's not even funny.

I thought for sure I read somewhere that we're supposed to be sending out within the first week, but I cannot find it? Must have been something else. With that in mind, I feel like an idiot for giving a neutral rating last month and I apologize for this.

However, my previous statement does have a leg to stand on, as sportyryan says on page 20 of this thread, "They should be sending out at the same time," posted on 8/22/09.

If the trade is confirmed and I send out right away, why should I have to wait until the last week of the month to get mine? If it was a normal card-for-card trade, and I had to wait 2 or more weeks AFTER I sent my end, I'd give out a neutral rating. So why should this be any different? I'm just saying.

    SCF Rule VI states:
"Trades must be sent within 3 working days of confirming in the Trade Manager unless you have spoken with your trading partner about when you will be sending."

As the rule states, shouldn't they be sending out within 3 days than? I sent out my package this month on the 2nd of the month and the DC states it was delivered on the 7th. It is now the 16th and I have yet to get my package nor get any kind of response from my trading partner as to what the delay is.

I feel like I have to defend myself on this subject but I'm well within reason for feeling this way. The shipping rules are NOT clearly stated on the main thread, so if we have all month to ship, shouldn't that be clearly stated?

In conclusion, I want out of this group. The reason being is one minute the advisor is saying "They should be sending at the same time" and later in the thread he is agreeing with the other advisor that "this is a monthly thing, if they get it to you by the end of the month they lived up to their end."

I refuse to be in a trading group where an advisor is ambiguous. So long!

Fine. You're out. But I don't understand what the big deal is about waiting an extra week or so.

since the rules do state what they do he does have a very valid point ..If someone is going to be late sending they could at least have the courtesy to tell who they are trading with they will be late and why..So any feedback that was left is justified..

But, before leaving feedback he should have put the trade into dispute and left us try to resolve the problem..

    Hobbyfan, PM sent.

Sorry for the delay guys. I've been on vacation and haven't had access to my cards and have had very limited internet access. It won't happen again. The cards are going out at lunch today.
