Thinking of a Set To Do

What set do you think I should do? I want a set that is cheap, but will hold its value and grow in price as time goes on. Any suggestions are helpful. I was thinking 08-09 Topps Murad. Let me know what you think. Basically, I would like to do a best investment set. It could be from any year also.

Any specific years? Already have the 06-07, 07-08, and 08-09 Topps Chrome sets done.

Well, modern sets never really go up in value, come to think of it, no sets really go up in value anymore, but if you want to tackle a fun set that will hold its value, try doing one of the Fleer retro insert sets. Start with 2006-07, it reprints the 86-87 design with modern players. Very fun, and affordable.

Might think of doing that. Looking for a little bit-mid-end but good idea though.
