That's precisely why anyone pays any attention to it at all. Bush gets made fun of for 8 years for stuff like this, but you expect Biden not to get the same treatment?
This is a meaningless example, but I'm soooooooo tired of the "Bush did it first" argument. So if Obama or Biden or whoever does something wrong now, it's ok because Bush did it first? If you were mad about it then, you should be mad about it now.
I think it's funny too...but I am wondering when the first Biden-isms book will be published.

For what its worth, I was a Bush supporter and I like JB. I always have. he cracks jokes at the anointed ones expense and isnt worried about what the public might think at his off-the-cuff remarks. Ive always liked him. honestly, I would have voted for him if he ran for Pres.

Exactly my point, if you were mad then, you should be mad now. If you are like me and took it as a joke then, you should take it as a joke now, which is what I take it as

How is cracking a joke being a fool? I find it funny.
Why wouldn't we want our politicians to act human every once in a while and joke around? I sure do. Plus it's probably more of a joke on the people that continue to bash Obama for using tele-prompters. I actually saw Obama speak in the primaries and he didn't use a prompter then and it was a great speech. I'd prefer people to speak about actual things they disagree with him on rather than goof on him about immaterial crap, but I guess both sides do it so nothing will ever change.

I think the "bush did it first" argument doesn't mean they think it's right, but pointing out the hypocrisy in backing someone for an action only to bash someone else because it fits a need to bash. And I'm not saying anyone is hypocritical in this thread either.

Well then you get a pass...the majority of people don't.
I agree...hypocricy either way is bad. But many times the hypocricy is supporting Obama and/or his admin and not caring that he's doing it when they blasted Bush for it. That's what I was referring to...I don't focus on what happened in the Bush admin, that is past, I focus on what's happening now and how people are responding to it.

Guys, guys, guys. I find it funny too. Me and Biden can make fun of Obama together if he likes. I'm not mad at him, not for this remark anyway.
So quick to throw stones.
Its just Biden continues to put his foot in his mouth, which to me, is a fool. This was a joke, yes. It was funny, **** yes it was. But I would think Obama is getting sick of Bidens comments being in the news. I would also think Obama wouldnt want his weakness being the butt of Biden's joke.

At least he didn't say, "Next Obama will bail out the teleprompter company for it's broken machines!" C'mon, lighten up, it was a joke and it was a quick one at that.
