    Moving to iowa

    Hey guys,
Just thought I should post since I haven't in awhile since I have been so busy packing and moving stuff which I hadn't done in over 3 years and forgotten how much it sucks lol.

Just got a house and what used to be a bar in Iowa at a really great price!
Who knows maybe I will turn it in to a sports bar one of these days but for now its gonna be my office and my sports stuff.

Once im settled in im hoping to get back here and do some trading again!

Moving is a major pain, but it's always nice when you get everything settled somewhere new. And very cool to have the old bar...I've always had a dream of opening a nice sports bar. What part of Iowa are you moving to?

Its close by a town called osage iowa.
The house and bar are more or less connected to each others lol
Most of the stuff is still there except grill and probably gonna have to get an ice maker and do some updates before I could consider opening it

Boy it's out in the middle of nowhere ain't it! That suits me just fine. If you get the bar up and running, I'll try to drop in on my next road trip...take your time though, it'll probably be years before that happens.

Its pretty much living out in the country really.
I look one way and its open so I could stand at the end of my driveway and shoot a deer and the other way 200 or so yards away I can get thanksgiving turkey!

Well I am currently trying to get a loan to open a sports restaraunt. Basic theme is like TGI Fridays. They have a bunch of junk on the wall, we would have sports memorabilia on the walls. Everything would be for sale. I have a menu and everything. In fact, I majored in hospitality in college.

JW I wish you the best and hope you can get your loan you and I seem to have the same ideas as I would pretty much like to do the same but I want to try to be unique as possible and keep them coming for more.

I used to be a bartender and a manager at one time so have that experience and food well I know how to cook lol but never used a grill in a kitchen but couldn't be too hard I don't think.

The other side of the bar has a huge stage and tent area so I could do an outdoor concert since there is a mini stage as well but that needs updating and I could a volley ball or maybe a batting cage or something like that out there.
