I'd go with Nikita Filatov. Because he spent most of last season in the minors all his stuff is really cheap now, but he's highly regarded as the best professional (i.e. drafted) player not in the NHL right now.

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I think Bogosian would be a nice choice. He is the 2nd best rookie D in the class this year (behind human highlight reel Doughty) and really flew under the radar this season (partially because of an extended injury at the start of the year).

And also because he is a D playing in Atlanta, his stuff will remain relatively cheap for quite a while (barring a trade) until he puts up more eye-opening numbers.

I think Kulemin also has a nice risk/reward to him because I think he can play much better than he did last season, and he plays in a market where he'd be noticed the second he started playing well.

Varlamov would be an awesome collection to get into. Filatov would be another great choice.

PLEASE do not pick Bogosian, I BEG OF YOU! Go with Filatov, he has a nice selection of high end RCs and they can be had for pretty cheap right now. He will also be a GREAT star for the Jackets especially if he gets put on the top line with Nash...

Go with Stamkos. He is really going to be a huge star in few years, and his cards are currently dirt cheap (at least on par with the type of player he is going to be). He will be far better then any of last years rookies yet his higher end rc's sell for half what those do.
