Iso- Had the Simms off the list as I was working it in a deal that is in limbo right now. Regarding your stuff, are you into trading down? You have too much high end anyways. LMK
Vick- If you just mailed it my guess is anywhere from 7-20 days. Baed on previous stuff from FL it's usually around 10 days. I know, those BC auto are sharp, but A-Train doesn't have much upside right now and Simms has tons. He may take a few years to pay off but there's lots of opportunity. Or he could be a flop and I'm talking out of my butt.
