i got it from the card shop and thay said it was
so what you are insinuating is that the card shop says the card is an auto
if someone here buys it, and they find out that it is not a certified auto, then it's not your fault...b/c YOU didn't say it was an auto, only that the card shop says it was an auto.
am I right in assuming this??
again I reiterate to ALL SCF MEMBERS:
BUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!

Hi-
No one is saying it is a fake or that you were ripped off for sure, but if you know the hobby, you know that a COA is a must anymore on autograph items, be it the COA on the certified cards, the Certifications that come with buy back autos, PSA/DNA certification, or something that is bonafide proof of the autographs authenticity. I think the guy you bought it from is questionable at best for selling you something w/o a COA. You must also understand that the people at any site are going to question something like this when you are very vague in your answers. If I were selling something like this and had no COA I would do everything in my power to make sure my trading partners felt comfortable with the card, but you have no scan, no COA, and did not even offer to try and produce either. That raises a major red flag, you have got to understand that, don't you? Are you a very young collector? Maybe the guy took advantage of you being a kid, IDK, but I would try and find out as much info about the card as you can from this dealer.
Good luck!
Peace~

vcarter- if you have any receipt for the card, you can probably force them to return it. if they have no way to prove its real, then they might be guilty of fraud...

it also might be a good idea, considering you spend $75 on the card, to spend an additional $10 or so to get it checked by PSA/DNA. They could certify it for you
