I opened about 4 boxes and ended up with about 10-12 Metal X and 5 Gold. I don't remember exactly since I traded some of the Metal X away.

i still haven't seen a Bishop gold either. Maybe not all cards have a gold parallel?

Gold in the regular set = Rainbow in the Update set.

The Gold (or as noted, "rainbow" in update) are definitely much less common.
