Theme Week #16: The Chosen Autograph

Entries for this theme will run from now until June 14 11:59pm CST

This theme applies to autographed cards that DO NOT correspond with any other autograph theme (see list below):
-3 or more color patch
-Rookie jersey auto numbered to 100 or less
-Numbered to 50 or less
-Retired & HOFers
-Dual auto
-Multi (three or more player autographs)
-First or last made (example: 1/499 or 499/499)


Each entry will consist of one card and a handwritten note that displays your SCF username and the date of your entry.

Each confirmed card entry will receive 25 card cash after voting ends.


Any entries with cards that do not apply to the theme or with more than one card in the scan will be ineligible if it is not changed prior to the start of voting.

Duplicate entries are not accepted. If you used a card in a previous theme and won the theme that week, that card is no longer eligible for theme weeks 2009.

Just curious, can this theme and themes of #/50 or less and Retired HOFers include a autograph auto that also have a piece of memorabilia?

So..basically, IF you could apply your card to ANY of the following themes..it does NOT count. OR...if you HAVE entered your card in any of the following Theme contests it does NOT count:

-3 or more color patch (excludes rookies)<< SO..no PATCHES 3 or MORE color
-Rookie jersey auto numbered to 100 or less << NO Rookie Jsy/Autos of numbered 100 OR LESS
-Numbered to 50 or less << NO Autos #'d 50 or Less
-Retired & HOFers << NO Retired or HOFers autos...MUST be an active player.
-Dual auto << Obviously.. NO DUAL AUTOS..
-Multi (three or more player autographs) <<Again..obvious..no 3 or MORE autos.
-First or last made (example: 1/499 or 499/499) << ANd..again obvious, since we JUST had this theme..no Autos #'d either the FIRST or LAST of the serial count.

This theme can included a piece of memorabilia as long as the player or card doesn't match the criteria I listed above.

Avatar is small so I cannot tell.

VintageHeros entry is similar to what we're looking for. This is a common autograph theme meant to appeal to low end collectors and box breakers.
