i checked when you left feedback, i'm not sure what he told you but he was suppose to send first to you...you technically should've never sent. yes you are under 20 feedback, but anyone with the MSF TAG, has to send REGARDLESS of the other persons feedback

That's the link to his feedback!
Wow!
10 negative feedback and he's still on the site?
What does it take for someone to get banned?

Yes, I understand (now) that he was supposed to send first...but when was he "branded" as such? Was it after our trade was agreed to? I just remember reading that "new traders" were to send first...I obvioulsy didn't see the writing on his sidebar thing.
As a suggestion, is there anyway for the "trade post" or whatever it is to clearly state who is to trade first? Maybe it's already like that...but it obvioulsy wasn't clear to me. Although...sometimes my elevator doesn't go all the way to the top so it's quite possible that I just overlooked it.

Thanks for the input Gladdy...
I also noticed (again, another suggestion) taht the feedback rating just shows a number. In regards to my favorite trader his says "48". It would be nice to have a % like on the bay to quickly see what their true rating is. Obviously one can check by digging deeper into their profile. I would have noticed this guy was shady if I had done that. Oh well...you win some and you lose some!

I really hope something is done to this guy. At least like no trading allowed until he resolves all of his negatives. But karma did come back and bite him but too bad it isn't helping any of the people he scammed...

wow that really sucks, why in the world is he still allowed on the site??? scf should make it where anyone under the age of 18 must give a legitimate phone number before trading. that way if they try to scam someone a mod can call and resolve it with there parents.

You do have to give a phone number no matter what age you are, if you dispute a trade, if you ask for the persons phone number so you can contact them if they wont respond to you on here, the mods will give it to you, i had to call someone twice, after being scammed (almost) by members in good standings at the time...
when you give a phone call, it works, very well...
