Its toast man, sorry ...I have about 15 of them that I never redeemed. I am pretty sure there is no value at all to them. I could be wrong though, it has happened a couple times. lol

Well if it expired 7 years ago I'd say it's roughly got the sale value of 1990-91 Pro Set card #68.
