Has any one pulled any damaged cards from this set?
I recently got a crease cut emblem that has a crease across the front of the card(just above the patch) and not the back. It is a nice patch.
I contacted ITG and they asked me to send her in.
Please tell me about your experiences with ITG customer service. Good or Bad.

I've generally only had a couple questions for their CS department, never had to send anything in, but they're really top notch. I've had questions answered within a couple hours that were sent on a Saturday morning.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Expect much better service from ITG than you would with UD. You'll get a quicker response and they won't give you the run-around.
The only damaged card from my three boxes of BTP and other online pickups was a Gilles Gratton Rival League auto, but that was because the corner of the box was damaged as a result of being dropped somewhere along the line.

ITG customer service is the best in the business.
I haven't heard of too many damaged cards from BTP, but the fact of the matter is there will be damaged cards from every release no matter the manufacturer.

I will agree with ITG CS being great! I once sent an email on a Saturday night and received a reply in an hour or so
