I know when someone sends me Paypal money from buying something on ebay I get hit with a charge because I have a Premium account. Now if I make a trade here and the person sends me Paypal will I get the same charge?

Should I set up the basic account for trades so I don't get hit with the fees? Can I still use my same email for 2 accounts and do they let you verify the same checking account for 2 accounts?

I was wondering if anyone knew the answers to these questions could better explain it to me. Thanks
