I need HELP!
If I sent a member on here 265.00 for a card that they say they shipped on June 9th and I have yet to receive the card which was only coming from Arizona and I am in Kentucky. Should I be worried? The member has 100% feedback on here but has also been on several times since I have pm'd him asking for a delivery confirmation number or anything showing it was sent. He hasn't "read" my messages because they are still unread from the read receipt but we all know you can read them when you get the email without actually reading them. I had two other cards shipped the same day he claims mine was shipped one from hawaii and one from california and I got them within 3 days. My question is should I be concerned? And should I put this into a dispute? Also he has never updated the thread to show it as shipped neither. Thanks!

For $265 you should have at least rec'd a delivery confirmation number on the day of shipment and probably insurance tracking as well. Not sure it's dishonesty at this point, but it's definitely sloppy of the seller. Put it into dispute requesting a delivery confirmation number.

Did you pay by paypal? If so, I might try to file a dispute with them too, but first I'll try to wait roughly 9 days from the day he claimed to ship it out, if you don't receive anything or a response, then I'll file a dispute.

thanks guys, yeah I used paypal. I think it's Arizona's mail if I recall they are just very slow, and after I posted this thread I got a reply from him saying I would get the delivery confirmation number tonight.

. Like Dan said it can be a state very close to you or even the same state and it can take longer then it does to ship something across the country. But you shouldve recieved a DC # from him since its such a high end deal. thanx

Paypal requires sellers to ship using delivery confirmation (at least on ebay auctions) you should have at least an email once he posted shipped on Paypal.

file the dispute and explain to the mods that you haven't rec'd a dc #. Reference any PM's or emails in your dispute. At the very least you're dealing with a lazy seller.
