King Obama: House Considers Repealing 22nd Amendment
Kurt Nimmo / Infowars | January 19, 2009
Earlier this month, Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y. introduced H. J. Res. 5, a bill that would repeal the Constitution's 22nd Amendment prohibiting a president from being elected to more than two terms in office, thus potentially paving the way to make Barack Obama president for life. Not surprisingly, the corporate media -- currently caught up in Obama mania -- has not covered this story.
As the election campaign of Obama revealed, it is relatively easy to whip up irrational frenzy over a candidate, thus ensuring his re-election indefinately.
See the exact wording of the bill on the Library of Congress website.
"Will George W. Bush end up being the last true US President?" asked Sher Zieve, writing for the Canadian Free Press on January 14. "As I warned you on multiple times prior to the 2008 General Election, 'once Obama is elected, we wont be able to get rid of him.' Tragically, this warning is now being realized. Not only has Obama established his election-fraud organization -- ACORN -- nationwide, his adherents have now begun the process to repeal the US Constitutions 22nd Amendment."

That would never pass. This is nothing but alarmist reactionary propaganda.

Agreed, that would never pass....and even if it did, Obama would not be voted in more than two terms...I'm willing to bet not more than one.

I don't think he will be re-elected for a second term even if this somehow passed

Wasn't all the media in the last election one-sided??
I believe there is a fair share of liberals posting one-sided articles about conservatives. Is it illegal for conservatives to express our opinions and views now?

I'll be one of the first people to claim liberal media bias, but articles like this are so obviously lop-sided that they discredit themselves. Of course this seems like more of a blog than an actual news source, so they can be as biased as they want...but it's hard to take anything that blatant very serious, even as a hardcore conservative.

Unless Obama's economic reform plan is a mind-warping success, I don't think he'll be re-elected. Unfortunately, in the US, the voters' game plan is to shuffle endlessly between democrats and republicans until they get tired of whoever's in office currently, then kick them all out and replace them all with the others. A third party will never take over.

The bigger issue is this moron who proposed the repeal. That got should be impeached. One of the biggest problem with Congress is the lack of term limits.
