With the 7th pick in the 2009 NBA drat the Golden State Warriors seleect:

    Jordan Hill

    Position: PF
    Height: 6-10
    Weight: 225 pounds
    Age: 21
    School: Arizona

Reason: We don't have that power big man like Hill is we are looking for him and Anthony Randolph to split time depending on the situation. Hill has a lot of potential and I think Coach Nelson can mold him into a great Warrior, no pun intended.

The New York Knicks are now on the clock....

With the 8th pick in the 2009 NBA draft the New York Knicks select:

    Stephen Curry

    Position: P3
    Height: 6-3
    Weight: 185 pounds
    Age: 21
    School: Davidson

Exactly what the Knicks need, and glad that Curry fell this far. Incredible shooter and scorer, highly productive
and was the most deadly perimeter shooting threat in college basketball. Excellent assist numbers, which will make his transition to the NBA much easier. Will fit in perfectly in D'Antoni's system and, with D'Antoni's coaching, it's possible to see Curry turn into the next Steve Nash. Also, this allows the Knicks to sign and trade Nate Robinson or let him walk, while rotating Curry and Duhon at the point.

    Toronto is on the clock...

Curry would fit perfect for the Knicks, He aint a true PG or SG. The knicks will continue to struggle lol.

I'm suprised that Jrue Holiday is still available.

With the 9th pick in the 2009 NBA draft, the Toronto Raptors select...DeMar DeRozan, from the University of Southern California

    6'7, 211 Lbs SG/SF

DeRozan adds sheer athleticism and explosiveness, something the Raptors lack, particularly at the shooting guard and small forward positions. Not only can he finish at the rim as well as anyone in the NBA, he shoots very well inside the three point line, and will gradually improve his perimiter shooting. We have high hopes for DeRozan, and think one day he could become what the high flying rookie we got in the draft 11 years ago became.

i agree fully with you on one thing. curry will never be the next steve nash. his first instinct will be to score then pass. if anyone in this draft has the potential to be the next nash its probably flynn
