$45 delivered is actually cheaper than some of those sites. Secondly, I'd rather buy from an established member of this forum than a company based in China (and ships from China, which is great for returns!) that has a fake "NFL" website with terrible English that "prefers" customers to use Western Union payments.

I used paypal and bought 4 jerseys from NFLJ and 2 from ECseller and Jersey101 it came in less than a week and was worth the money
