What Rookie are you looking forward to collecting from this years draft?

Will be interesting to see. He was moving up some boards after the combine & his workouts. Saw one this week that had him going 11 to NJ, apparently they like him there. I hope he goes as high as possible but if not, Utah at 20 would be a great fit for him, I think.

Speaking of UNC, How low do you think Tyler Hansbrough will go? That's kinda funny he won some good awards, but I don't think is expected to go too high is he?

Oh, you know... good coach in Jerry Sloan that knows what is up and that I think would appreciate his hard work & toughness. I think he'd find a good role for him. They are a good team too that can add him to the mix without having a lot of pressure on him to do a lot right away.

Not really sure yet - I think I'll try to get some Hasheem Thabeet stuff, but whether I actually collect him is still up in the air. I may also go for whoever the Timberwolves draft, then promptley trade, as you know that the players they trade after drafting them turn into stars (Ray Allen, Brandon Roy, OJ Mayo, just to name a few)...lol

I asked who people are looking to collect from this years rookie crop... not who you think will or won't be good. This was meant to be a positive discussion about who people are looking forward to collecting, not a place to be negative.

edit - Sure my bad, didn't realize we weren't supposed to express our opinion on players we've seen in this thread, I shouldn't have brought it up.

Lawson is not going to become the next CP3 because he is not as quick and not as explosive to the hole. Lawson is more of a Felton. I think Flynn will be the next CP3 because of his incredible quickness and ability to drive and his passing ability. Hansbrough was used to dominating the paint in college. But now there are bigger guys and he wont be able to do that. Hansbrough will be a complete bust compared to college.
