The UN has always been seen as obsolete and inadequate (as Nixon put it). Who knows when they'll step in where they claim they will. So many human tragedies and events have transpired since their charter where humanity is saying "where the heck is the UN?" Like you said Darren, maybe it's already been dissolved?
