No. They just pick cards at random. No guarentees on NPN's though you just get a random card from the set.

Too bad on the NPN.

Yes more times than not lately - topps' npn's have been horrible, i would try my hand at donruss or fleer instead (upper deck sucks too)

I'd stick with Donruss or Upper Deck. So far with Donruss I've received 3 cards that book over $40 (including one $80 one). I've also received a ton of short prints with them. With UD I've only received 4, but they were all nice rc's and one Emmitt Smith patch.

I sent out to Patchworks also. I don't think I'll be getting anything in from that because I have already seen several people get theres. Oh well.

I sent out NPNs like a month ago and havent gotten anything back. How long does it usually take to recieve a card? Or is there times when they dont send anything?
