    08-09 OPC...how do I tell the difference

    Hi there, I just picked up a whole bunch of Gold cards from 08-09 OPC.

    I know that 1-600 is the regular set and 601-800 is the update set.

    How do I tell the difference from regular gold parallels, metal, metal x and refractors?

    Can anyone shed some light on this for me.
