Has anyone else seen this?
I opened a pack of 08/09 UD Black Diamond cards today and was excited to see a gold Malkin card. When I looked on the back to see what serial number it was there were no numbers.
The back of the card is like a regular Malkin card but the front of the card where the four diamonds are is gold not white like it would be if it were a regular card. I have sent a e-mail to upper deck with scanned pictures of the card and I'm waiting for a reply back to figure out if it is a defective card or not.
Has anyone seen this before with this deck?
Cheers,
Melanie

Looks to be that UD made in error in not numbering that card. The gold quads are supposed to be # /10. Hopefully, UD could resolve that, otherwise, you'll be stuck with a no #'d error card.

Here's another question is it worth less or more if it has an error like that?

I think UD will tell you that it's just an error, they won't stamp it (in case for two cards with the same #ing) and will tell you that it makes it more unique because it's not stamped
(that's what they told another member here about a card that wasn't stamped)

and UD is certainly right to do so this time.
treat it for what it is, a Black Diamond Gold that should be /10. since you'll never find BV for it anyways, it'll only be worth what someone will pay for it so just throw it up on ebay and let the market decide.
