Someone would be crazy to buy that, but I've seen some pretty crazy high stuff actually be bought before.

Doing that on ebay is very strategic in a few ways.......having a BIN that high grabs a lot of peoples' attention just because you can't possibly miss that gigantic number on your screen......not only that but i'm sure this card could easily go for over a grand easily....i'm sure the person is just feeling around for offers

Correct Italy. That is exactly what anyone does when they do some crazy pricing with a Best offer. He just got you to link it and hundreds of people to look at it. Someone may hit him with a great offer who has money to burn and his strategy was great.
