I came across 4 old phone cards from 1996 Assets Racing. They are:

$2 Micheal Waltrip 18 of 25, scratch pad over PIN flawless
$2 Ernie Ervin 6 of 25, scratch pad over PIn flawless
$5 Darrell Waltrip 4 of 15, scratch pad over PIN knicked on left side, about 1/4 missing
$100 Cup Champion Interactive Kenny Wallace 17 of 20, scratch pad over PIn knicked about 1/3 missing on right side.
