I just found out Panini has the sole NBA TC License for 2009-2013, similar to UD having the sole NHL TC License. Then I find out UD is releasing NBA Draft? I am so confused. Would it because these cards deal with alma matters ala Press Pass?

Upper Deck and Topps can still produce cards thru Oct. That is when the Panini deal kicks in.
