UFC 100: Mark Coleman vs. Stephan Bonnar

    I'm stoked for this one!

My avatar says it all. Met Coleman in March and he slapped a RNC on me. My wife got a picture when he first applied it, then again when he was sinking it in. It was a blast!

Although Bonnar can scrap, I still gotta go with Coleman here. And not just because I met him. I think he learned in the Shogun fight that he'll need more than experience to win in the Octagon again. I bet he come in in great shape and knocks out Bonnar. First Round!

He almost won that shogun fight. Bonnar is certainly in a must win position so he should be pretty focused. Coleman absolutley HAS to get his cardio up. Bonnar can defineatly stand and bang with ya for three rounds if need be.

Bonnar tends to have problems with wrestlers. I think if Coleman comes into the fight in good shape, he should be able to win by decision.

My gut says Coleman, but my heart screams Bonnar.
