well its pretty simple First off heres a link to Beckett....

    http://www.beckett.com/grading/subform.asp

So basically what you do is Obviously download and print the Submission form, Write in the cards info (Brand/Name/Number/Etc)

Then you Get the Cards You Want Graded, Put them in Top Loader with Penny Sleeve (for protection obviously)

Once you've done all that, Complete the Form Calculate all the Fee's and then put your check/money order in along with your cards and in about a 2 weeks or less depending on how fast You want them graded you get your cards back graded....!

Hopefully that helps you but all the instructions are on the submission form from Beckett.
Collecting All Current Oakland raiders Primarily Carr, Mack, Cooper, Crabtree, Also any Legend or HOF raider players as well.

What do you put for the declared value on a 1/1 and there is no book value?

before you sent, you have to check for this, 3 out 4 has a better chance of scoring a 9.5 or better

centering - all four border is equal, front and back of the card
surface- make sure no pencil marks , scratch
corners - must be sharp, if its a black border, must be black, no white dot
edges - same as corner, no discoloration on the cutting

for a 1/1 im pretty sure thats obvious that there is no book value, all i would put is a N/A thats the best info i can provide, unless you can find a sale value of 1 that is if its a plate.
