With the site having problems and Mike shutting off some features its important to remember how to get help quickly.

If you need assistance quickly yet not sure what moderators are online right that moment go to the bottom of the main page. You will see a link
View Forum Leaders. By clicking that you will see any and all moderators to include their titles on the boards and if the light is green by their names they are online and can be contacted.

I am the Member Relations Manager, so should a problem arise whatever the case may be feel free to click my pm button. I will address any and all concerns even if the problem is with myself. There is no need to think this will reflect on you. I handle everything on a case by case basis. I am here to help resolve any problems between the members and the staff. If need be will contact the GM and or Asst GM with any problems.

But please remember we can't help you if we do not know. Use the report a post buttons in every thread if need be. We cannot be everywhere at once.
We need your help and appreciate those that take the time to use this feature.
